L-LYSINE-FORTE 500 mg - 120 plant-based capsules

L-lysine can suppress the development of viruses in disorders such as herpes simplex infections, in combination with a low-arginine diet. It boosts the production of carnitine and improves concentration. A deficiency can lead to fatigue, dizziness and anaemia.

L-lysine has a stress-regulating effect and reduces stress-induced acute and chronic anxiety in healthy individuals with a heightened disposition towards anxiety (information available on request).

Contains no preservatives, artificial colourings or flavourings, yeast, sugar, lactose, gluten, corn, soy, salt, starch, milk, or wheat.

Each plant-based capsule contains:

L-lysine       500 mg

L-leucine        5 mg

L-valine          5 mg

L-carnitine      5 mg

L-isoleucine    5 mg

Dosage:

2 - 4 capsules a day, to be taken with a little water (not with milk) and not with meals, or as prescribed.
