INOSITOL 500 mg - 100 plant-based capsules

Inositol is a B vitamin that can be taken on its own to alleviate depression, panic disorder (panic attacks with no history of phobic disorders), obsessive-compulsive disorders and phobias. Inositol is exceptionally safe to take: no side effects have been reported, not even with doses between 6-18 grams a day. For an optimum effect using inositol as a dietary supplement some patience is, however, required: it will take 2-6 weeks before the first results can be fully experienced.

Can also be taken to guarantee a good night’s rest.

This product is lactose-free, gluten-free and contains no preservatives, colouring agents or artificial flavouring.
